Just chillin. I'm absolutely loving my new classes (most of which are about the environment, but also yoga and African dance), loving my roommates (Anns is so good), loving life.I'm going back to Kenya next summer [insert infinity exclamation marks]
I got a pair of snowshoes for Christmas. Love.
I sawr the wondrous, long-awaited Hobbit, and once in 3D, which was very weird, but cool.
Yes, Jacoby and I are dating, as was discussed at the girl's night. He's fun.
I love my family so much. Joel is still struggling, but I suppose it is a trial that is strengthening our family and testing us as well. Burdens can be so incredibly torturous, especially when you watch a beloved friend suffer without having the ability to help. Yet trials are such blessings, eh? My mom texted me yesterday and said that after a long struggle of "I want..." "I want...", he finally got out, "I want Sarah." Then my mom said, "You love her, don't you?" and he said, "I do." Then he said, "Sarah's coming!" and she explained to him that I was in Logan. So that did what it did to my heart.
I love Jesus Christ. What a gift He has given us, one which is incomprehensible and of such depth I cannot imagine standing before Him without falling to the Earth in tremors of gratitude and smallness.
New Year's Resolution: try to live up to my daily potential, for Him. Tough, I know, but if you strive for perfection, I guess you can only mess up so much, and will affect many people on this good Earth.
Peace
